The Filiera Verde© path begins with the selection of farms located in areas where thanks to particular pedoclimatic conditions are particularly adequate for the production of onions and potatoes. These farms must follow the discipline of integrated production of Emilia Romagna Region, using in each step of the farming the best techniques respectful of the environment, in other word that integrate the productive and economic aspects with values such as the respect of the productive environment, the surrounding flora and fauna and the selection of the best cultivations.

We believe that a good start, carefully selecting the provenance of the products later commercialized, is essential to guarantee quality, genuineness and salubrity and also to meet all our customers' needs.
The Filiera Verde©'s path continues in the warehouse where all the batches are loaded and/or processed, and identified with a lot which will enable the product to be traceable in each step of the processing and during its commercialization.
The conservation and the selection in the warehouse happen adequately, using specialized staff and the appropriate equipment in order to preserve in the best way the aesthetic and organoleptic characteristics of potatoes and onions even enhancing the single peculiarities of each variety.
